95 camaro not starting

I got a 95 camaro 3.8 and it will not start for me nomater what i try. The engin will crank over but will not fire. i am wondering if it is a problem with the PASS ignion system or somthing else. ples help.

well if it cranks then its not Pass key, because that system disables the crank signal in addition to ignition power.

Sounds like a problem with fuel or spark. when you first get in the car after it has been sitting for a while and turn the key to the ON position, can you hear the fuel pump running? or is it silent?
