can anyone tell me what i need to do never heard of carbon buildup

Nightmare:

try this

Turn the car on
disconnect the vacuum hose that is attached to the power brake
pour the contents of 1 can of fuel injector and carb cleaner
Once all the cleaner is in the car, shut the car off and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
Reconnect the vacuum hose
Turn the car on

your car should smoke for quite a while as the carbon buildup that was dissolved by the cleaner is burned away.

So what is the deal with your car? You don't give much info regarding your issue.
