I don't even know if a TT is possible with a Honda.... even with a swap you decide to do (unless you can somehow swap a FC or FD motor into your Accord)

I am almost positives there is or was a twin turbo kit out for the integras, can't see it being all that much of an advantage....more of having something exotic on your car.

ive seen a twin turbo integra super charger and turbo charger were stacked
there was alot of rigging in that car but it was pretty amazing

here in switzerland is a tuner who build a twinturbo in a crx del sol.
he combinated a supercharger and a turbo.
but the car still have problems with the ignition.:smoker:

unrealistic for the acoord. the engine doesnt have enough output to drive both turbos efficently.

besides, with only a small amount of boost, the F22 is known to pop.

the apex drag integra is running twin turbos, and its in the 8s, however they did say it probably be more efficient with a single turbo setup.

ding ding 100 points for u!!
why go thru all the trouble of having a TT setup when u can wack on a larger single turbo and run the same times?

what 1/2 of ya'll talking about is called TwinChargers - SuperCharger & Turbo setup. the Meguiar's Integra is made like this. the theory is that the S/C has instant boost for takeoff & then the turbo takes over after full boost. how they control the turbo from not backbuilding on the S/C, i dunno; but it's a show car, not a racer.

but a twinturbo setup on Inline 4s is ridiculous. TTs are best for V8s & 6 cyls, yet SingleTurbos on Grand Nationals/TAs & MKIV Supras converted to ST can make 2.0 bars (almost 20lbs) of boost.

i am very grateful to all the help thats has been given.
can u tell me were to find a larger single turbo?
and what all would i need to add on the engine for best performance with the turbo.
thx

I heard that the TT work off each other in two stages one does the first half and the other does the second half..... Thats the way I unsderstood it!!! I kinda makes more since that way than having two trying to blow into the same pipe!!! That way it eliminates some lag too...

That's called a Sequential Turbo setup. One takes care of boost at low RPMs, the other handles high-RPM boost. Most V6's and V8's don't use sequential turbo's, b/c there's two "sides" of pipes to blow boost in(hard to describe, but I think you know what I mean if you've seen a v6 or v8). Most I6's and I4 twin turbo setup's use sequential turbo's b/c like he said, it's hard to have two turbo's blowing into the same pipe!

..exactly! IF it was an inline 6 (supra) u can use one turbo instead of 2. Because it doesn't go simutaneously liek the v6 and v8's or other whatever. Some ppl like to put a big fat single turbo on a supra cause i guess its much better that way? Well i remember that this one magazine..i think it was SCC? They had a project building up a v6 accord twin turbo (please someone correct me if i'm wrong) and the project failed. I just don't that much about it but all i can say that it failed from what i heard. Just throw a single turbo and u'll be fine...or swap an h22 and then throw a turbo!!:)

Dude, it's easier, more economical and efficient to just go with a single turbo putting out all the power. Don't waste your time or money doing a
TT conversion to a Honda!

Boost, boost, boost,
All day long,
Gonna boost my turbo while I sing this song,

Gonna spool it up and hear it scream,
Then drop the clutch on my D16....

Hope you guys enjoyed that one.

F22 are piss poor engines unless you are going give it some huge boost (15psi) and change the internals I wouldnt worry about it.

Buy a current Accord 3lt V6 vtec with 200hp and plenty of room for a turbo setup. I would say its good for 300+hp with not to much trouble, thats my next setup. But more like 400hp:flash:

But I will just wait for the facelift just incase.
