I have been trying for 5 days to change my front o2 sensor (2000 s-10 2.2L code 4engine) .... i have tried heating it, PB Powerblast, and just yanking on that bitch. i was told that i should have entire exhaust system replaced, or drill a hole below the original sensor and bypass it! any suggestions!!???

Is the sensor still intact? What type of wrench are you using? Where did you heat?

you need more than a propane torch, try using an oxy-acetalen torch... and on the metal right around the sensor.
when the metal just turns red hot turn the torch off, and let it cool for a few minuits. it should come out then.

we tried heating the exhaust by runnning the engine. we're using an o2 remover.

be careful if you use oxy-acetalen or you will put a hole in the manifold. try propane first if you haven't yet.
if you again are careful try a breaker bar.

a propane torch probably won't get it any hotter that driving for 10 min, which isn't any where hot enough.
the manifold has basicly rust welded the oxy sensor in there, which will require a lot of heat to un-weld
this problem happens all the time with exhaust manifolds, although It doesn't seem to happen to headers
one of those hobby propane - oxygen torches that use camping style tanks might just get it hot enough, although you'll be out there for a while
