If this problem was NOT there before the tire swap, take it back and have the tire shop check the tires for balance, out of round and also for wheel trueness. You might have received some defective parts.
If the tires are larger, or the rims have a different size or offset, they might be placing a greater strain on the front end, allowing an existing worn steering or suspension problem to make itself known. In this case, check ball joints, wheel bearings, tie rod ends, shocks etc.

It had some shaking at lower speeds before the new tires and rims now it is just when it gets up there.

Try changing the front tires to the rear and vice versa.
If the condition persists, check the front suspension/steering for worn or damaged components.

My first move would be to go back to dealer and have them spin them again, than try the front to rear swap, or better yet have them swap them while you are there.
