i have a weird one for you guys. i wash my 2000 rodeo engine the other day for the first time since i just bought it a few months ago.afterward i turned on the heater and nothing was coming out.i looked and the fan and it was working fine.so i unplugged the connection to the blower motor and plugged it in again and it worked.then it restarted again and it did not work.this very same thing happened to my 94' explorer when i washed the engine a few years ago.i ended up changing the blower motor and resistor. afterward i realize that i probably could have gotten by w/ just changing the resistor.anyway these Japanese parts are ridiculous so I'm going to start by changing the resistor first.I'm just wondering if anyone else had this problem and if they can provide any suggestions.when i cleaned the engine, i covered up as much electrical connection as i could but somehow this struck me again.

Did the resistor solve the problem?
