^It's because of the long exposure, otherwise they would't be able to take the picture. I've seen the pic before, and I remember it had a car and a bus merging together also. And it also had a pedestrial with no legs.

Anyone see the silver volvo in the parking lot on the left liscence number 73 - LT- D8. The detail is amazing, even when zooming in there is no distortion.

Its not due to long exposure, if it had long exposure everything moving would be blurred including the clock hands. its 600 pictures photoshopped together that’s why it has the strange “ghost cars” and why all the cars are stretched and distorted. When I zoom in, lots of it becomes totally distorted. Although, there are small sections that are not. what is going on?
