HIT A LARGE RAIN PUDDLE TODAY @ APPROX 30 mph, IMMEDIATELY THE EXHUAST CHANGED FROM NORMALLY QUIET TO THAT OF THE SOUND OF GLASS PACKS, DIDNT CHANGE AFTER 20 MINUTE OF RUNNING, AN IDEAS?

Sounds like a trick we use to do with our mufflers on our cars when we were in high school. We would get them really hot then spray them inside with water to cause the material in the muffler to collapse. Thus creating a lower deeper sound and less muffle. You might have inadvertantly done this with the water puddle. Especially if some how some of the water got inside the muffler.
