I've been busy. I've completed 17. :)

Finished one in 2004, started four and worked a little on one that I started in 2002.

I suffer from Modeler's ADD. I have too many projects that I want to do so I keep starting new ones. But I have made a pact with my inner self not to start any new models until I finish the four that I currently am working on. We'll see if I can make this happen.

BTW, if the pharmaceutical companies would market Ritalin to model builders like me they would make a fortune and I would finish more models!!!

As of this exact moment, 5, and most of those were in the first half of the year. I've been dragging these past few months. There are still 3 weeks left in the year, and I have 3 more in the 90% range, including my AFMOTY entry. So I guess by year's end, 8. In 2003, I only finished 5.

In my opinion, too slow. I told myself at the beginning of the year I would finish 12 in 2004. At this rate, I'll never make a dent in the unbuilt kit pile.

I've finished one this year and that seems to be my average quote!? I'm currently doing my best to get one more finished before christmas, a '59 Impala convertible as a gift to my father.

Edit: I made it! The Impala is now finished....so that makes it two this year! Yeah! I'll try to beat myself in '05 :cwm27:

I seem to have built a lot less than I thought, maybe only 5 tops, the Skyline did take up 5-6 months thou'.
Next Year I'm building more or finishing those I started in 2003.

Since January first, 2004, I have complete four models. My poseur Civic, Galaxie, S2000 fastback, and my Honda/Lotus 7. I have a Hilux that should be complete by 2005.

The real frustrating part is that in the same time period, I have started 12 kits. I would rather start and finish only one kit than start 12 and complete 4. That's only 33% completion rate.

I learned something new with each build this year. I had some truely varied subjects. From a '32 Ford to a Ferrari Enzo. As long as I'm still learning something new with each build, it continues to stay fun for me.

The Mach III was a restoration/revamp, full-detail but I only had to redo part of it. The rest were all curbsides. Fun bunch of models even if I do suffer an intense case of Adult Modeler's ADD! :icon16:

I'd surely have gotten less done w/o the support of Veyron, CADguy, Ol' Dude, Mach I 2003 to name a few locally (talk about a productive group of peers to try to keep up with!), and of course everyone on the internet who inspired by posting their accomplishments. And we're fixin' to light a fire under our latest ACME "victim" GTmike400! :evillol:

That's really weird. I did at least 20 the year before. Then again, in the past year I've taken 33 college hours and had a 45-hr/week job over the summer.

The True Street Stang is 90% complete. I also have a C4 Vette (40th anniversary edition) I started on the side that's about 90% complete. On other projects, I have a GN that's about 50% through a restoration, a GSX that's 40% complete, and the Lightning and Cobra, which are about 5-15% done. I will also build a 96 Trans Am WS6 next week. It will be done by Christmas.

Not true! I actually scratchbuilt a house in 1/50 scale if that counts? Hopefully the Porsche will get done before 2005.
