Our 1996 Buick Custom will not start below about 35 degrees after sittng out all night. When it warms up it starts and runs great. Holding the pedal down has no effect. It has a new max air flow sensor. No codes arfe being generated. Any ideas?

Have your battery checked, when it is still cold. I had a car that when it was cold out would turn over forever but never start, when it warmed above 36 degrees, it would start fine. I swapped out the battery after trying many other parts and it worked fine. The problem is that older and / or lesser expensive batteries have a lower Cold Cranking Amp rating and there is not enough power to charge the ignition and fuel injectors. Hope this helps.
