Sebring performance suggestions

I've got a 1996 Chrysler Sebring LXi. It's got a 2.5L OHC V6, with about 168hp (although I've never tested it). I'd like to increase it's performance...but I don't want to spend very much money. What things can I do to the car that will increase performance but not be very pricy?
