replacing mirror

can anyone give me some ideas as to how to replace a rh passenger side mirror. i have gotten the replacement mirror. now i need to know what i must do to replace it. do i have to take the door panel off or will the inside of the mirror snap off or something. please help. i didn't want to take it to dealer or anything. any ideas will be appreciated. btw its on a 99 maxima se. thanks again

Step 1 - Remove interior door panel (if necessary). (http://carstereohelp.com/stereoremovalNisMaxFSpk01.htm)
Step 2 - (Begin here) Carefully pry up the plastic cover.
Step 3 - Remove the sail trim panel (triangle shaped piece on inside of door.
Step 4 - Disconnect electrical harness (if applicable)
Step 5 - Remove the mirror attaching screws (there should be 3 of them), then carefully pull the mirror from the door
