tercel won't start

Hy, i have a 92 automatic tercel, and when its is cold, i live in quebec so cold its like -10 ;), my car dont't start. the battery is full, and the starter turn very well, its like i don't have fire, but no so far i've change the spark plugs, wires, and distributor. If by chance the car start,, he just wants to died , and the engine turn very hard
