wheel and tire size question

does anybody know how wide (in inches) the stock wheels for a 94 Z28/TA? I know the tires are 245/50/16 but how wide would the rim be.

Also what size tire would you need for a rim 19"x10"

stock rims are about 7in

16x8's came on my 94 z.

hmmm...... actually 8 might be right, i could be thinking of my RS with the 7in rims, but my IROC has the same size rims as the fourth gens, and i thought they were 7, but now im not so sure.. damn forgot the service manual at home.

16 X 8 sounds right to me..

what about on a 19 x 10, what size tire would fit that size rim, 275, 285 maybe

i thought 4th gen had 16x9.5
