88 caravan electrical fuses

Hi, I have an 88 Caravan, can anyone tell me where the fuse block is located. I have looked under the dash under the hood with no luck. I believe I have a blown fuse for the brake lights and/or 4 way flashers and can not find fuses or 4 way flasher?
