wiring Q?

My 99 passport doesn't have keyless, so i bought an aftermarket kit. The wiring diagram provided doesn't match the car. I need to know the (-)negative power door lock and unlock wires. Wiring diagram i have says its lt. green/red (lock) and red/blue(unlock), both located in white 22 pin connector in driverside kick panel. I don't have those two wires in any pin connector. Anyone know what wires I need? Anyone know where I can look up a different wiring diagram? Thanx

The haynes manual has a wiring diagram for what you need. See if you can find a LT GRN wire for LOCK and a LT GRN/BLK wire for UNLOCK. The diagram I am looking at is for "1995 and later door lock systems".

In the manual for the 99 Rodeo it depicts a Blu/red for the lock output and a blue for the unlock output.
There is an H28 connector that contains these two wires. It's shown to be located above the data link connector (DLC), up high on the left kick panel. It is a 22 pin connector. I’ve attached a sketch of the connector pin out. It's viewing the female connector from the back or terminal (pin side). The wire colors should correspond to these pin outs. For the male connector it will be a mirror image of the female connector.
Looking at my Rodeo this is difficult to get to. It's above the fuse box located with a cluster of other connectors and one yellow connector which is part of the air bag circuit.
I always disconnect my batter ground before working on any connectors and circuits. If you’re using a test meter it needs to be of high impedance. Most of the digitals are, but the manual says not to test some circuits even with a high impedance meter, just a word of caution.
