EPA Sticker

I am in the military overseas and will be shipping my 99 Pontiac Grand Am back with me to the states. In order to ship it I need the EPA sticker to be attached to the vehicle. I have no idea what information is on this sticker so I am not sure if it is already on the car or not. Does anyone know where it is located? Thanks a bunch!
