I recently put V8 Granada disc brakes, spindles and all on my 66 coupe. (It was a six cylinder car before.) Can I use the complete power steering tie rod assembly from the same Granada on this car? My old steering was manual and the tie rod ends are smaller than the Granada spindles. It looks the same as the old style. Thanks

I don't know about the power steering but I do know you have to use the beefier Ganada tie rod ends. The steering on the Ganada is similiar to the Mustang's. Measure the distance between left and right front wheels if they are close it may work. You may have to take the pitman and idler arms off of the Granada as well.
