If you don't mind making it into your winter project it shouldn't be too hard.
Just take your time, and if you can keep the 4.3L parts truck around until your almost done it'll be easier, since you can still compair this, and that.
Plus you just know that you'll need something off it, if you don't have it right there
Painless wiring can probably make an adaptor for hooking the computer, and what not to your truck easily, with instructions.
do yourself a huge favor, and run a hurst style floor shifter instead of the steering columb swap. I think that it'll even go in the same hole in the floor, although I don't know for sure.
Good Luck, and Have fun

Unfortunatly painless won't do a harness for that type of conversion, and his ECM won't work with that motor. He will need the following
Engine harness
engine
body harness
transmission
BCM
ECM (you will have to have someone delete the airbags from the ECM)
Cluster
all needed sensors
cross referencing pin outs for additional rewiring.
frame mounts
motor mounts
Your better bet it to swap in a 92-95 CPI motor with a 92-94 ECM (though go with a 92 and you won't have to worry about setting things properly for a 4l60e)

Then you should just need to replace the ECM and the engine harness, transmission, motor mounts, frame mounts, drive shaft...
