Gullwing doors?

Can anyone tell me if u can get a gullwing door kit for a 3rd Gen Firebird?

have you looked on rksport.com, they may have them, are you talking delorean style doors or ferarri style?

i did some research on the subject a little while ago. my car is a 4th gen and there are a few companies that make a kit to make your car lambo style. You have to dod some heavy frabrication for the kits to work properly, including rounding out fenders. Gull wing doors won't work on 4th gens because of all the glass and lack of mounting possibilities. I would think you would get the same info if you started looking for 3rd gen kits. The kits are pretty pricy, over a grand easy. You will need a good custom shop or a damn good body shop to do the install--get ready to shell out some heavy labor hours and paint body work charges.

Great mod if its done right, but most people would dump that kinda money into the engine first.

well, the engine part is done on my car... and I'm going to Wyotech to learn how to fabricate n stuff and after I plan on working in a custom shop. What company offers the lambo styles kit?
