RX-7 1983 A12 Motor problems

I have a 1983 RX-7 A12. I have problems keeping the car Idileing. When the Motor's rpm goes below 1500 the motor stalls. The Choke does not want to stick. The motor will also create an afterburn all the time after I deaccerlate. I would like to have help with this car.

you need some simple carb tweaking, its normal with a 20 y.o. car, go see a mecanic, its not rotary help you need, its carb help
