I have a 1994 1500 longbed ram 5.2 liter engine 2wd. It runs good but my mechanic said its missing. Any ideas or suggestions what i should check ?

The truck is gone or the engine is "missing"? I read this a couple of times and I don't know whether you mean the truck was stolen or if the engine has a miss...
I don't have any ideas as to where you could check if the truck is gone. Did you owe anyone a lot of money?

Dirty injectors, bad plugs, bad plug wires, bad wire routing...

It's likely that one is clogged. If that's the case, the other ones are probably getting there. How's your fuel mileage?

Went to Pepboys tonight and they cleaned the fuel injectors by using this can on the fuel rail. I notice the back tires tend to drift when turning corners fast now. I guess its got better acceleration now but it still sounds like its missing. I get about 17 miles to the gallon.

I agree with what Bleed said about the wire routing. If it's off and not stock routing, you'll lose the tiniest bit of time on ignition and it'll be off/miss by just that much.
