air intake/fuel system

i know that this was posted like 2 or 3 threads ago, but i have some questions. if anyone saw the tuesday night tuner transformation, this is where i got the idea. i want to buy an intake and injectors. they made a good point about the fuel air ratio and i have no idea what to do. the vemon fuel management system sounds like a good idea but how much would that set me back and would spark plugs and wires be a good upgrade as well? im a pretty normal city/highway driver. (meaning drive on the highway on the weekends and the city during the day) so if that helps with any idea for mods, that would be great. thanks everybody
