Dohc Zc Troulbes

I have a 91 civic...And just swaped i dohc zc like 2 weeks ago. And its either idles to low 400 or to high 1200....

My problem start last night when i was trying to ajust my idle speed..Well i guess i set it to low and my car died...then tryed to start it and it wouldnt turn over, also my check engine light came on..

HELP PLEASE>> WHAT TO DO????????????????????????????????

check the vacuum lines, and the TPS as well.
