'99 Neon Problems

I have a 99 Plymouth Neon. It has 2 problems. The first and most aggrivating, is the puddles on my floor after it has rained. Some how my passenger side floor gets wet in the front and the back, but the side panel of the door isn't wet, and its only wet in certain areas. I was thinking it got in through the frameless window. My second problem is that the sunroof when you go to open it, it opens crooked and not all the way and then it makes a loud clicking noise...I think there is something wrong with the arm or something. If anyone knows anything about anything and has some advice, that would be great. Thanx.
