Please Help / Coolant leak ?

I have an 86 SE V6, and when I gun the engine, coolant sperts out of the thermostat housing cap. I have already replaced the cap, and it still does it. Whats my problem?

i had a problem similar like that...check you water pump...becasue all of that was happenin to mine...

i would gun my auto and when it finally had a chance to rest...i would leak all of the coolant out

check to see if there is a crack in the housing

warped or damaged 'stat housingneck surface will do it too.
