Ram Air Hoods

Does anyone know of anywhere that makes ram air hoods or custom hoods for 3000 gt / dodge stealth..?

I have a carbon fiber hood with true ram air vents for the second gen 3000gt. I'm selling it for $300.00 if your interested. free shipping.

And that's odd that they only have hood pins, I coulda sworn that Andy's Autosport had like 2 or 3 different first gen. CF hoods to choose from...

if you want to be creative, the two heat shield thingy's can be removed and you can put a screen of some sort over the holes and you'll have ram air.

The 3000gt and Stealth hoods are one and the same. Only difference is first and second gen.

Nope its a hood made specifically for the 3/s. A guy I know has a similar hood oh his 2nd gen SL. There is a guy on 3si who has that hood on his second gen too. You will see them on ebay every once in a while.

Actually it makes the car look like a Camaro with a WS6 hood when the car is coming at you. Especially with a 99 front on it. Kinda odd if you dont know what it is.

Check out www.cianciperformance.com They have a fiberglass Viper style hood. It has the Viper NACA duct and a slightly raised cowl. They are devoloping a cold air style intake that will be able to use the duct to its full potential. Ooh just thought about it. The first gen hood might not be available right now but its coming availabel soon.

they made that hood in duplicate as the trans am ram air. it may be made for the 3/S but its design is from a transam

IM positive that andysautosports has CF hoods....you do know that 3000gt n stealth have the same EXACT hood right....i just ordered mine through them...unfortunately...it was damaged during shipping so im waiting...and i think im gettin a diff one for half price...im makin out awesome...or go to importfan.com...they have alot of em there

i've seen ram air hoods like that before. that is about the only design for a ram air hood to be functional on the 3000gt, that is provide some forced induction. I think that option of hood design was available on the j-spec and/or euro-spec version of the 3000gt. did you simply cut a slit in the hood to creat that? where did you get the hood from? how did you go about the process of customizing that? it looks very nice.

Stay far far away from import fan. Every single person that I have seen post that has their hood says it gpoor fitment poor quality, poor customer service. I have not heard one good thing about there stuff.
Im not sure, but as it goes right now...they are takin care of me with my damaged hood...i get 50%off the next 3 things i buy from them...cant complain, but we will see

no problems and i have the k&n intake and no problems with the ram air it function great i love it and the stock blow off valve sounds a little louder
