1994 E-150 7 Amp current drain when ignition off

Approx 7 Amp current draw with everything turned off/key removed from ignition. Drains battery to point that engine will not start after several days. As long as I drive car every few days, works OK. Everything electrical seems to work OK so no obvious shorts to chassis. Any ideas where to start to troubleshoot?

A 7 Amp draw should kill it dead in under 8 hours.

It could be a bad alternator diode (shorted). Disconnect the alternator wiring and measure it again.
