He's talking about the exhauset resonaitors that are on the NA since it dosnet have turbos to mufle the noise. extra HP, lose wieght, make it louder
It will do all three but you'll likely loose some torque and not gaing too much HP, the weight loss will not make a real difference for like 10-20lbs. The sound mght be so loud as to be ricerish, probably high pitched and illegal so that might not be what you want.

Do it. Just don't know the diameter off the top of my head...but they should be able to figure it out when you're there.

I had my resonator off for a while when I built my exhaust, and all it did was make my car sound ricey. This is with 2.5" piping, a random flow cat, a 3sx dp, and a magnaflow single in dual out muffler. When i put it back on, the car was just as loud but without the crappy noises. I'm quite happy with it now.
