Rebuilding 2.0L

I am rebuilding my 2.0L turbo engine from my 95 Talon. I am wondering if it is safe to resurface the deck on that engine or are the piston to valve clerances to tight?
If so how much can I take off before running into problems?
Does anyone know if somebody sells and ARP or aftermarket bolt kits for all of the bolts in the engine?

i know they sell arp head bolts im not sure about a kit for the whole engine. you should definatley get the head bolts since the stock 2g bolts are stretch bolts so they need replaced every time the head is off anyway
