turbo kit ????

Hi I have been looking around for a turbo kit for my 93` 240sx and all the ones I keep finding are a direct bolt on for 95 and up only. Does anyone know what kind of work would have to be done for it to work on my 93`? Or would I be better off trying to put one together? Thanx any input will be appreciated.

id put one togethor, i think you get more for what you paying. But it takes lots of time and research though...

I agree, and when buying a kit, it doesn't always include everything you need. you can get exactly what you want if you buy seperately.

I am getting my turbo setup from salvage yards.
t-3 perfect shape from a pontiac sunbird-$75
injectors (modified stock)$150
IC piping home built with mandrel bends$100
FMIC Conquest Tsi $35
down pipe/exhaust (I know a guy) $150
custom ecu upgrade hella cheap
used revhard turbo exhaust manifold $150 (or build one for about the same cost with better flow, but less reliability.)

estimated hp=240 on stock internals
estimated cost for upgrades=about $1200-1500

ivan is a really smart guy.

his shop is filled with tons of ultra high hp cars such as a 1200whp supra, and 1200whp twin turbo 5.0

he also got a bone stock internal KA to make 400whp with his setup.
