Just wondering about my clutch

Whats yup guys I just wanted to Know if anyone can asnwer this question about my cluth on my 03 spec-v ser.I like to know why my clutch seems to be hard to press down at times and causes my knee to hurt.Then there are other times it goes in very smoothly and feels lovely.DO I need a new clutch or something.My car is pretty new, Im basically a daliy driver and don't abuse my car or race it and it has 26,850 miles. thanks.....
