I have a 98 Blazer with a rear wiper that is not working (wash works). I have tried to trace down the wiring but can not track down the second 20 ampere fuse that feeds directly to the Rear Wiper Motor Controller. (Orange Wire).
The Switch appears to operate properly (checked with a meter) but have no power at the motor. (only one ground which is secure)
Any ideas where the rear window wiper cutout switch is located (Grey wire on one side and white on the other)

The second fuse for the orange wire is in the underhood fuse block.
The switch is near or on the glass release assembly.
