i have a 96 cavalier 2.2 and i was wanting to put in an eco. i was wondering if my 5 speed tranny will bolt up i know i need some mods with motor mounts and stuff but i just need to know if i have to buy a new tranny with it too? can anyone help me?

No to the bolt right up... yes to you need new everything!.. you'd have better luck with doing a 2.4 swap

well the thing is i can get everything for cheap so i thought it would be worth while ding the swap because the engine only has 10000 km on it

Your up for a challenge... When i say you need everything, i mean everything from the engine, tranny, all new wiring, and even a whole new guage cluster... I've heard of a few people doing it, but they all said it was a royal MOFO... I know it can be done, if you have the resorces go for it man!
