speed limiter removal 96-98 j-bodies?

ive been looking around everywere on this site and all the links you guys have so kindly provided, yet i have not seen any info on how to remove the speed limiter in a 96-98 cavalier that is NOT a z24 or a 2.2L ecotec. this question is for the "grey" bumper style cavvy with the 2.2L. im sure im not the only person trying to figure this out, so any info would be much appreciated. Ive also noticed in the other forums for limiter removal, people stay sh*ttin on people for asking the question... like you dont want to know or dont want to go that fast. do us a favor, dont assume that cuz it says "newbie" in the corner that we are in-experienced with our knowledge on these topics. so save the aggrevation for someone else...
