I have the 93 turbo that i am having the probs with. I was looking over the engine and found not 1 broken oil line in fact the line that was broken was of no importance. If my turbo is the one that has gone and its dumping oil in to my intake manifold. Than could that be what causes my car to have the slight nock. Im told that the nock sensors in the mr-2's are very sensative and that if oil is dumping on my spark plugs and its not gettin good spark that it is causeing the slight nock i have. Please let me know what you think and also my ct20b has a 15 pound waste gate spring. How much can that trubo run boost wise rebuilt. I also have a ct26 that was bored to a 50 trim compressor wheel that hp motoring did for me. What do you feel is a better turbo to run. OH yah and also the copper plugs you were telling me about where can i get them and how much do they cost?

Before I did anything, I would have your engine compression checked. That will tell you if you blew a piston or not.

If the compression check comes out good, then I would be suspect of your turbo being bad.

Do you have a boost gauge that reads vacuum at idle? if so what does it read at idle?

The CT20B is a better choice than an upgraded CT26.

If you hit knock bad enough, you would get code 52 and need to replace the OEM knock sensor. You would have the check engine light lit.

Unfortunately, I suspect you broke your ringlands in one of your pistons (probably #3). I truly hope not.

The NGK plugs are only $1.60-$1.80 each.
NGK 6097 .... order them by the part number NOT by your car make/model.
Any good autopart store should be able to order them, they will not have them in stock.
I usually get them in 2-3 days.
