Help with my bird!!!!

I have a few problems as of lately with my bird. With the lights on my right side blinker will not flash, but my left one will. With the lights off they work fine. Also, it will choose to flash here and there at times. Also, the right rear lights are a little dimmer then the left side. Don't know why. The battery will loose power under idling or slow conditions, but on the highway stays charged. I put a new battery and alternator on the car two weeks ago. The other problem is this morning i went to turn the heater on and it blows, but not as hard as it did and makes a noisy sound from it. The air is still warm, it just isn't blowing as much or maybe as hot.

What year car? and this was happening with the new and old alternator? and did you check all the bulbs to the rear brake lights and front turn signals?

It is a 96 TA. The problem was happening before and after. I checked the codes and got a misfire code and a electric max code like it is getting to much electricity somewhere. The bulbs are fine, but on the back of the rear bulbs they are melted a little on the parts that touch the pos and neg.
