OEM Fog Light install

Installed the OEM light kit for the fog's on a 98 TJ. After making the connections, re-connected the battery and the horn went off and remained on. The fogs go on with the headlight knob - in park and full.
I disconnected the horns. The switch is not functioning and does not illuminate. The install instructions are poor at best. Does anyone have a diagram of the full wiring schematic for this kit. Looking for where I went astray. Thanks
