85 Cutlass Value?

Hi:
I have a chance tp purchase a 1985 Olds Cutlass and I am wondering what it is worth? It has around 80,000 miles and all the normal accessories, A/C, PB, PS and a V8 307. It appears to be in fair to good condition. It has been stored for about five years due to a divorce. It was not properly stored, it was just parked. It hasn't been started in a couple of years. I don't plan on doing anything other than drive it. No restoration plans. She wants me to set a price. It is stored on cement so I assume the tires are no good. The car is in Wisconsin. Is this more hassle than it's worth?
