Is it a 4x4? If so, it could be the torsion bar(s).

Could be the rear sway bar link pins. Check them for looseness. If i remember they are really cheap to replace. Also check the sway bar bushings.

The pins connect the ends of the sway bar to the suspension. I checked my Haynes manual last night, and it does not list a sway bar for the rear. Could it have been added aftermarket? If not then I guess the book is not perfect.

Check your rear diff fluid level. Does the rear diff have posi/limited slip if so the additive in the fluid might be worn out . Very common GM problem

Did you change it or some one else do it and was the limited slip additive put in. Its not part of the gear oil its a add in limited slip oil
