O/t like this nitro car?

looks sick, but they sure as hell need to straighten out those specs, reading it, says its got 3 clutched, a 2,3, and 4 shoe, oil filled/not-oil filled shocks, a 75 and 125cc fuel tank, an open/sealed gearbox and its front,rear and all wheel drive. lol


looks pretty nice though, and I bet its gonna be hard as hell to get that sucker to 90, a guy at RC mag or some radio control magazine made his super nitro RS4 hit 105, but he had to get custom gears made that the drive belts roll on to achieve that speed and then the car proceded to lift off the ground for a wuick flight and land upside down. I cant remember but I think he even had to swap in a BB to pull the gearing it had. searching you could probably find the video.

but once you get it youll probably be cool with it cuz Ive only had one that did around 40+ and that is god damn fast for a 2 foot long car.

yeah, those suckers are pricey, Ive got so much money into that hobby, Ibve owned the new and old TMAXX, the EMAXX, Nevader BX, RC10GT, ODST, rustler, etc.. could have bought a sweet real car with all that money on engines/wheels/bodies/batteries and what-not.

one thing though if you get it break it in VERY slowly. even more than they say. I broek in my 2.5 maxxx liuke the page said and even ran 1 extra slow tank and it wheelied all night and day, and hauled ass, 2nd engine I got I didnt take as much time and it overheats and has no power, wont wheelie or go near the same speed, thwen I bought the evader and broke it in 2 tanks more than required and it will smoke the tires when I take off if I have the road hawgs on and with paddles it will flip over onto its back from almost top speed, all I gotta do is pin the throttle and over it goes.

I have an HP one with the same body. Painted it as the Fast n Furious Eclipse wit custom spoiler. Looks pimp. Working lights and all. I just dont have the 2 speed trans. Also ported and polished the cylinder. Shits loud and fast. Clocked at 61mph

Lol just imagine going down the highway with your passenger controlling it next to you (or even under you, if u had an SUV)..

you mean HPI? never personally heard of HP, and what kind of engine you have in there that supposedly pulls the car to 61MPH with a single speed tranny. thats HIGHLY unlikely.

i have the HPI RS4 ...i have upgraded suspention and brakes ....and a racing exhaust...

have you clocked that thing or ran next to a friends ride to get an estimate? GPS?

I wanna get another one, never had an AWD street machine, alsways been dirt bound vehicles. seems like itll be much easier keeping it running/operating like new since it will never get as dirty as they do off road. plus seeing a sub-2-foot long car tearing around at 60 has gotta be nice. I got too many projects now though, my teg, and my pocketbike has alll these engine parts need to go in, soon though,

Just for kicks i took out the front differental on my RS4 to make it RWD and its a bitch to control ,you have to ease on the gas . if you just rip it full throttle the car get all squirly and spins all around. with the AWD i can slam the gas and heep it under contol real easy ....i love AWD...

yeah, on my nitro evader, its got a beastly O.S. built 3cc and I put road hawgs on the rear and it smokes them too, I can be traveling almost 3/4 of my possible topspeed and if i crank it and floor it it goes into a crazy consecutive 360 spin thing, bites and flips sometimes but its pretty low so it usually just slides, and I can go slow, punch it and whip a 180 and roast em while going backwards a second or 2 then it takes off but I heve ot let off a bit or it just spins again.

Im thinking of the nitro 4tec just cuz the 2.5 in my new maxxx, man I loved that engine. WAY better than the pro 15. I think Im gonna throw the DTX.18 to the maxx and see how it does, maybe save it and drop it in a AWD machine off ebay with no motor or electronics and finish it with my parts.

alright cool, Im gonna stay out though, Im sure if I go there and read about new stuff Im gonna end up owing more on my card. only took me a few days on pocketbikeplanet.com and I already got the big bore kit, full circle stroker crank, FG reed valve, adj jetting, open element, etc....

Im pretty impulsive when it comes to buying expensive toys. lol

Yeah, I meant HPI. My friends has a radar gun. Clocked at 61mph. Freshly calibrated too! Modded exhaust, ported polished engine and exhaust manifold, heavy duty suspension, upgraded heat sink... all on single speed tranny. Bitch is loud!! and gets really hot! AWD is kick ass in RC, espcially on ice!!
