ive decided and now im saveing up and putting a 350 into my s 10, i want overall proformence and a nice sound, so should i go fuel injected or should i go old school carb???

carb will be the easiest conversion but fuel injection will benefit you by being worth much more, have better performance, and better fuel economy.

I agree with busa_4 you can probably get a wire harness from Painless Wire making fi easier to install

so ill get more power out of fuel injection? should i go throttle body or multi port? i know basic questions but ive never really built a moter for preformence b4

Multi port will usually give you more power, however TBI is a lot easier. If I was doing the swap I'd just use the TBI unit.
Is your truck fuel injected now? I found a site yesterday that gives points on how to install a tbi system on a carburated chevy. Should I look the site up and send it to you?

I'm doing a similar conversion soon. Just bought the motor. 5.7 Vortec from a 99 Escalade. Using a 96/97 Chevy 1500 ECM... Overall it's going to be a fairly simple swap. Very little rewiring.
