1977 Cj-5

Fuse box has battery to the top and no battery to the bottom. All fuses good. Has anybody run into this problem? Can't get any of the dash lights, wipers, or radio to work. All turn signals, lights, flashers, and heater work. Would appreciate any suggestions.

have you traced wires to see if you have a bad connection etc???

Have '77 CJ5. Could be 1 of 3 problems. Check for fusable link(or fused wire) under dash, silly as it sounds maybe it's in the switching device located directly under your steering wheel or it has an internal breakdown in the fuse block itself.
