Motorbike HP/Torque Curves??

I understand normally, torque and hp curve should cross at roughly 5252rpm correct?? Does that rule not apply to motorbike engines?? I was just looking on Ducati's website and I saw these curves..

That is true if the power is in horsepower (hp) and torque is in pound-feet (lb-ft). In the supplied graphs the torque is in Newton-meters (Nm).
