Hard starting, very rough idle and foul exhaust smell on 93 Jimmy

I have a 93 S-15 Jimmy with the 4.3 W code motor. It has been driving like crap lately and I need some input.

* It starts VERY hard on cold start.
* It idles extremely rough.
* It has no power,especially low end.
* It emits a foul exhaust order (not gas) and moisture which stains my driveway.

No vacuum leaks detected and the fuel pump whirs when the key is in the "on" position.I'm not one to throw parts at a problem, but did anyway.

related parts replaced recently:
plugs
wires
ignition coil
dist cap/rotor
oil/oil filter
EGR was replaced last year
air filter
fuel filter (replaced original unit which was clogged with dirt specs)
O2 sensor
Lucas fuel system cleaner (through tank and intake)

Unrelated parts replaced (to fix other problems):
heater core
T-stat
water pump
fan motor
front brake pads/rotors

The catalytic converter is still the original, so I'm leaning toward that for at least part of the problem and clogged injectors. I searched part of this forum (nice BTW) and found some similar issues but would like a little more specific help because the truck is now unbearable to drive and I need it fixed asap.

Do a search for CPI injector in the Blazer section.

That is your problem, it has blown a regulator and you have to replace it.
