body kit manufacturer

Hi, I have a OEM part that is no longer in production that I would like to be able to get reproduced. It's a front lower valance for a truck. The OEM part is made out of TPO, but I'm wanting to reproduce it in urethane since it's more durable. Any idea who can do something like this? Big companies like Wings West and Xenon won't even think about doing it because it would be them "creating a competitor". I've ran into a few different companies that does this sort of thing, but either they don't really wanna help or they won't reply.
