87 ranger clutch help

when i drive my truck it grind into 2nd and 3rd and thats it, the clucth when depressed like 10 time quickly when the truck is off makes an air noise, now there is plently of fluid and when i shift slow it doesnt grind and when im going down the road and just randomly romp on it the clutch slips and revs but doenst accelorate as it should" pew stinks too
" so i know its burning clutch coult i just belled the line it has a new clutch as of 2001 local dealership installed new clutch pak wtf!???
