sleeves?

i have a few questons about cilender sleeves,i was hoping you guys could answer them

1. anybody know where/if i can find sleeves for a ka?

2. can any machine shop bore out the bock for them?

3. how much boost can they hold? (i know the ones for b series honda motors can hold like up to 25!)
