1990 Odometer/Speedometer not working!

My Jeeps speedometer and Odometer isn't working after being vandalized in August. Can't find the fuse box under the hood, nor the fuse for this under left side dash panel. Could a wire or cable be loosened from the transmission? Or can anyone tell me where the fuse box may be. Seemed to have looked everywhere so far. Would appreciate any input on the subject. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your reply to my problem with my Jeep. This is strange, yet very Kool, I was born in Yuma, Arizona and spent much of my younger years growing up in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tempe, even Mesa for a time. I viewed your Jeep (Lady), AWESOME VEHICLE. Very daring! I know the areas were you were as well. Myself, I want to glamourize my Jeep. Since I have a young son still to raise and 3 grand babies (3 girls), and they're looking more towards my installing a DVD. Myself, I just want her in top shape.
