Battery Drains

Well there is a first time for everything.
I've got a 1990 Vaden Plas. Love the car but, lately the battery die after about two days sitting. I've checked the battery under load, it's good. I'v checked the Alt. loaded and un, It's also good. Only drain I can get on the battery with everything shut off is the alarm system, and clock. What does the load dump valve do and could this be causing my problem? Can't find a procedure to check that item.
